Over the past seven decades the BIA Baldy View Chapter has remained on the frontlines of defense to ensure pro-growth government policy as well as providing networking opportunities that enhance your bottom line. While in the midst of delivering results for our members, the Baldy View Chapter has garnered national recognition and has emerged as the most awarded chapter in the country.
In 2007, the Baldy View Chapter continued a rich tradition of award winning success and received additional accolades from the National Association of Homebuilders including:
- Best Government Affairs Lobbying Program Administered
- Best Education Program Implemented
To continue our history of success, we need your ongoing support as a valued member of the Baldy View Chapter. With this in mind, we are initiating our annual drive for your participation in the 2009 Partnership Program Year.
The Partnership Program provides the Baldy View Chapter with funding to continue to serve as a frontline advocate for the building industry. As a participant we provide you with full recognition of your role as a sponsor, and a convenient way to avoid billings for individual events.
Your participation in the 2009 Partnership Program will help us tackle a variety of key issues including:
- Building industry representation at all levels of government throughout our region
- Continual representation on proposed increases of development impact fees and land-use zoning
- Continual education for the general public about economic and other quality of life benefits that our industry provides through our public affairs program
