In 2018, BIA Baldy View Chapter hosted 14 programs and events with a total of 1,100 event attendees and recruited 45 new BIASC members. With over 5,500 new homes that were built in Baldy View’s service region throughout the year, for the fourth straight year, the chapter received the National Association of Homebuilder’s Award of Excellence for “Best Local Government Affairs Effort”.
